A proper conversation to understand your goals, schedule, training history (if any), and what’s been getting in your way.

We assess

We do a live session — either in person or over video — to assess where you are right now.
It’s a chance to check your movement, correct any form issues, and make sure you’re building from a strong, safe foundation.

You get a plan

Based on that assessment, you’ll get a personalised plan that matches your goals and your body.
Training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and daily movement — all covered, all tailored to you.

You train independently or with me — always with clear direction, ongoing support, and detailed feedback.

the way I do

When I started training over 20 years ago, I did what most people do — I trained hard, but got little in return. Or worse, I got injured.
I've seen the same thing happen to so many others: wasting time, chasing quick fixes, or pushing through pain like it’s normal. It’s not.

This isn’t just a job — it’s something I’ve built my life around.
You’re not just booking sessions. You’re working with someone who’s spent years learning, testing, and refining what actually works — through education, mentorship, and real-world experience.
I take that responsibility seriously.

Following a workout plan isn’t the same as being coached.
